Playing this game was a really amazing experience. I like when I go up up up and then swoop down, get close to stream and fly through the fruits. I felt like I was the bird :)
What a fun, incredibly soothing game. The visual style is gorgeous, complimented beautifully by the fantastic sound design/music and simple gameplay. This is one of the best indie games I've played this year (and I don't mean the past 4 days). Had an amazing time playing and would enjoy relaxing to it even after I collect all the fruits.
The island has plenty of little unique characteristics that make exploring it even more fun (like the cave, and snowy mountains) with cute physics for the bird to react against. My favourite thing in the game is the music, which is fantastically composed (kudos to Mitchell Pasmans!) and the fact that there's enough of it to produce a musical statue to use in-game in order to cycle tracks is a treat. Great job guys, I'll be keeping an eye on SamuraiPunk and their games from hereon!
Very nice, very relaxing. Also very nice to make it possible to try the game to check whether it works before paying for it.
Two suggestions if you don't mind for mouse play:
allow to use the mouse buttons for speed up/slow down (left/middle?)
don't reset the view direction unless the right button is released. so that one can glide high. look down, and admire without any big movement for a while
I LOVE this game. It's so peaceful and very relaxing. The background music is great, and the island is pretty large so I keep finding something new every time I fly around.
Every human has the dream about can flight .. and this is like making the dream true, very calm, i love to play when i'm stressed or not in mood i love those secrets!
Excellent game, very calming and relaxing, but a few suggestions: Add a landing feature or screenshot mode, and separate the invert camera and invert controls settings. Also depth perception is somewhat lacking in this game but it's probably just the engine. But still, well done.
I ignored the fruit knowing I would never find them all. But I still had a lot of fun just flying around. Going up high and diving straight down towards the ground is a rush. When you swoop at the last second and skim water you really feel the speed. I wish there could have been a bit more to it but I played for 20 minutes doing nothing so it's still pretty good.
this game is incredibly calming and gorgeous- i've had so much fun playing it, taking in the sights, finding new places to explore. i've always wanted a flight-based exploration game, and even though it's small i absolutely love it! if you ever decide to make a full-fledged game on this kind of mechanic, i'd love to support it. great job!

不得不说,如果优化一下键盘鼠标操作,将是很好的一款游戏。(键盘鼠标操作太鬼畜了)

this looks ok
so beautiful
:)
I think when you're at 190/192 is when you really start to appreciate the scenery. Loved the Windows 95 easter egg. Nice play!

This game is just awsome very relaxing. Congratulations for this game.
Such a gem! I love the mystery of the game.
This is definitely not my usual type of game. That being said, it's a beautiful game, very relaxing, and nice mellow music.
The only thing that frustrated me, was that I couldn't do a loop-the-loop!
Found the secret "Windows 95" thing! Its so beautiful... this game is amazing

Thanks for the game,

This is a masterpiece! Absolutely gorgeous!

Again... this is a masterpiece dude!
WHen you quit the game, it says "ARE YOU"
Protip: You can you the mouse to move
Wow. Such an abstract concept, yet strangely fun. This is a good game. Get it.
I loved, absolutely loved this game. Especially the sound track. Took me away and made me say some things that I hope can help everyone.
Great game! Bird fllying game is like a dream for me! :D
Would want for landing feature too.
Totally awesome game to play.

It would be nice if you could land in the game
bird game is real
possible things i'd like: perching for screenshots etc.
roosting to pass time?
ive only gotten trapped in the level geometry once, down by the river, and ive gotten much better at flying since then
same. I got stuck in the ground xD

I loved it! and i found a secret in the game i was like whaaat? but i loved it haha, will you add more things to the game?
We'd considering new things/updates/fixes but we're super busy with real dev and I've got a studio to pay for. So it's a maybe :P
Wont load on Ubuntu mate 16.04?

Try installing Winetricks and PlayOnLinux.
I love the game! Although, I am having a problem where the game always starts in the incorrect resolution and the button in settings is outside of my screen. Is there a way to fix this without deleting my progress?
This same thing is happening to me. I love this game and it sucks that I have to deal with that. I have deleted local files and reinstalled the game multiple times and it still does that. Maybe I'm not deleting something that has to be deleted? I sent a ticket a few days ago I believe and still waiting on a response. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I found a solution to the problem. When you start the game hit esc to go to the settings. Mess with the tab key on your keyboard until it's on the column on the right. Start going up with the tab key and hit your arrow keys to the right or left to adjust the resolution. It takes a little nitpicking, but eventually it works.
oi
Whenever i try 2 launch the game it crashes so i cant play :( any suggestions 2 help?
Can you email us your system specs contact at samuraipunk dot com
I haven`t played it but i have the impresion that this will be BEUTIFUL
Fantasctic! I really love the design and the music, good job! But I have a question: What happens if you collect every single fruit? I "only" had 171. Update: Now I got 191 fruits, 1 to go.WOW this game was beautiful! So much fun to just explore the island and take in the sights!
I also made a let's play. Hope it helps!
FruitsOfAFeather
this is delightfully entertaining and relaxing, i love the way the environment feels and comes together, and the flying feels exciting in a not stressful way. thank you for making this
one thing i might suggest though: some kind of respawn feature. trying to speed through and accidentally clipping through acute angles of the environment was a bit discouraging.
also, there might be some kind of memory leaking that results in a freeze. it's happened a couple times for me already. this might just be on my end, though i'm surprised the game runs so well on a toaster!
<3
I'm glad i found this game! Runs surprisingly well on Ultra (Windowed mode) but who can actually collect 192 fruits?? It'll honestly get really boring at 50 collected fruits but still a really awesome game!
Lol I collected all 192 fruits xd
lol Really??
This game is gorgeous, and the music is so calming. I just love the relaxed air to it, and the graphics are amazing even on low. As far as I can tell there aren't any real bugs or running problems. Kudos to the developers for making it!
my pc might dye trying to play
yeah sorry we optimised this from V1 but our enginge is just not fast at rendering this kind of world.
no my pc can barley run anything
:(
Great game. Wish you could change mouse sensitivity tho.
There is a mouse sensitivity option... If you press Advanced settings ;)
Absolutely fantastic game. Explored over the course of an hour and found all 192 collectibles. Great easter egg in there too, was pretty mind blowing.
what is the easter egg?
That would ruin the easter egg! To give you a hint of where it is, try searching the mountains for a hole.
Which mountain? If it has fruit I've seen it but I don't think I saw this yet
